On a vertical rectangle arched convexly at top and bottom edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border; divided diagonally from upper left to lower right, orange over black, a circle divided diagonally from upper left to lower right, black over orange, displaying a black panther's head couped detailed orange, with eyes and whiskers orange, and teeth white. Attached above the rectangle, an orange scroll edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border inscribed "OVERBROOK" in black letters. Attached below the rectangle, an orange scroll edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border inscribed "PANTHERS" in black letters. The overall dimensions are 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height and 2 3/16 inches (5.56 cm) in width.
The school colors are black and orange. Black signifies dignity and determination and orange represents ambition. These attributes are demonstrated by the cadets in academic, athletic, and community endeavors. The panther is the school's mascot and reflects the strength and spirit of the cadet's military training.
