Shoulder Sleeve Insignia
On a yellow oval, 3 inches (7.62 cm) in width and 4 inches (10.16 cm) in height with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) brown border, a brown silhouette of a bucking bronco with cowboy rider, hat in hand.
The shoulder sleeve insignia was originally authorized 26 July 1950. It was amended to add subdued colors and metric measurements, and update description on 11 March 1991. (TIOH Drawing Number A-10S-71)
Shoulder Loop Insignia
A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/4 inches (3.18 cm) in height consisting of gold color metal shield on which is a brown enamel silhouette of a bucking horse and rider. Attached below the shield is a brown enamel scroll inscribed "Wyoming" in gold metal letters.
The shoulder loop insignia was authorized 13 November 1968.
