Shoulder Sleeve Insignia
A yellow rectangular shaped insignia arced at top and bottom with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) yellow border, 3 inches (7.62 cm) in height and 2 5/16 inches (5.87 cm) in width overall, with a blue mounted "CABALLERO" between the inscription FWHS" at top and "CABALLEROS" at bottom, in blue letters 5/16 inch (.79 cm) in height.
Blue and yellow are the school colors and the Caballero is the school's mascot.
The shoulder sleeve insignia was originally authorized 10 January 1985. It was amended to add the metric measurements in the description on 20 February 1991. (TIOH Drawing Number A-10J-183)
Shoulder Loop Insignia
A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height consisting of a gold shield bearing a blue pile wavy reversed bendwise surmounted by a green cactus and attached below the shield a gold scroll inscribed "FLOWING WELLS" in blue letters.
Gold and blue are the school colors. The blue pile wavy reversed symbolizes a flowing well and the cactus is the state symbol of Arizona.
The shoulder loop insignia was authorized 10 January 1985.
