Shoulder Sleeve Insignia
On a shield shaped embroidered item edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) Black border, consisting of a shield blazoned: Or a stylized horse head couped affront Sable, garnished of the first. Attached above the shield, a Gold scroll edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) Black border inscribed "CLINTON DARK HORSES" in Black letters. The overall dimensions are 3 3/8 inches (8.57 cm) high and 2 3/4 inches (6.99 cm) width.
Black and gold are the school colors. The school symbol is the Dark Horse signifying a competitor who succeeds against expectations. The shield is a symbol for protection and represents defending what is valued most. Black represents humility and might. Gold signifies value, vigor and magnanimity.

Shoulder Loop Insignia
A Gold metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Sable in chief a demi-gear wheel and in base a tobacco leaf fesswise all Or, throughout bearing a horse statant guardant affront of the first. Attached below the shield a two segmented Black scroll inscribed on the dexter segment "CLINTON H.S." and the sinister segment "the motto "FACTA NON VERBA" all in Gold letters.
