On a white oval edged with a 3/32 inch (.24 cm) inner yellow border, and a 1/8 inch (. 32cm) outer blue border, 3 1/2 inches (.8.89 cm) in height and 3 inches (7.62 cm) in width overall consisting of the head and shoulders of a Trojan Warrior in profile wearing a gold helmet with blue feathers on top and a gold robe detailed blue surmounted over three horizontal gold bands. Attached above within the oval a Venetian arched scroll edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) blue border inscribed "GARNER MAGNET" in blue letters.
Blue and gold are the schools colors. Blue symbolizes the cadet's devotion and loyalty to their school and country. Gold is associated with the excellence, honor and intellect of the cadet's. The school's mascot is the Trojan and embodies courage, strength and determination. The three horizontal bars represent the direction the students seek in life, the unlimited horizons and the boundless opportunities that await them.
