A gold metal and enamel device 1-3/16 inches (3.02 cm) in height overall consisting rectangle shape of a Cross Moline combined and divided diagonally from upper left to lower right, green and light blue bearing a gold eagle in flight above and in base the Sentry tower on El Morro Fort all in gold, all surmounting a gold vertical rectangle, each side arched inwardly vertex rounded. Attached below rectangle, a black triparted scroll inscribed "ANTILLES HIGH SCHOOL" in gold letters.
Black and gold are the school colors. The eagle symbolizes pride, honor and loyalty of the cadets' which reflects the keenness of their dedication to school, community, country and military training. The Sentry Tower on El Morro Fort represents the Hispanic origins background in the Caribbean. The cross and the combined squares symbolize Puerto Rico, which is the home area of the school. The radian background denotes the cadets enduring effort for achievement and excellence.
The shoulder loop insignia was authorized 17 January 2013.
