Shoulder Sleeve Insignia


Description/Blazon
 On a shield shaped embroidered item edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) Blue border, consisting of a shield blazoned:  Gules, in base an open book Proper, bound Azure, superimposed by a silhouette of Paul Revere on horseback holding a lantern in his right hand of the second, all within in chief seven mullets Argent.  Attached above the shield, a White scroll inscribed "RHS PATRIOTS" in Ultramarine Blue letters.  The overall dimensions are 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height and 2 7/8 inches (7.30 cm) in width.

Symbolism
 Blue and white are the school colors. Blue represents devotion to one's studies and white denotes the honor of being a cadet in the Patriot Battalion. Paul Revere is the school's namesake. The open book represents the school's motto, "knowledge is the basis of creativity". The seven stars reflect the Army Core Values.

Description/Blazon
 A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/4 inches (3.18 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Sable, a silhouette of Paul Revere on horseback Or, a bordure bendy-sinister of seven Azure and Argent. Attached below the shield, a Blue scroll inscribed "PUGNA PRO PATRIA" in Gold letters.

Symbolism
 Blue and white are the school colors.   Blue signifies loyalty and courage of cadets' as leaders in the school and the community and white represents honor and determination to succeed in all their endeavors. The patriot is the school's mascot, which the silhouette of Paul Revere depicts his midnight ride to warn, that the British troops were coming. The lantern symbolizes an alert signal, which denotes Paul Revere's famous phrase "one if by land and two if by sea".  PUGNA PRO PATRIA is the school's motto which translates to "FIGHT FOR THE COUNTRY" in English.
