On a shield shape embroidered item arch at top edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) black border, blazoned as follows: Or a Phoenix rising Gules. Attached above the shield, a white scroll edged with a 1/8 inch Black border inscribed "PHOENIX BN" in Black letters. The overall dimensions are 2 3/4 inches (6.99 cm) in height and 2 3/4 in width.
Red, black, yellow and white are the Center colors. Red is symbolic of the courage of cadets as leaders in the school and the community and black signifies the determination to succeed in all their endeavors. White represents perfection; something the cadets seek to achieve in everything they do and yellow reflects honor, a virtue the cadets fiercely maintain. The Phoenix is the Center's mascot which signifies a rebirth and a rising up to meet everyday challenges.
