Shoulder Sleeve Insignia

Description
On a silver gray disc edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) purple border, the inscription "HOLT HIGH SCHOOL" arcing in base below a shield blazoned: Argent on a pale Purpura between two torches of the like, a column of the first; all within a border invected of the second, and Thereon, a knight's helm Proper garnished Purpura and mantled of the like. The overall dimension is 3 inches (7.62 cm) in diameter.

Symbolism
Purple and silver are the school colors. The shield reflects the cadets' pride and dedication to school, community, and country. The torches denotes the curriculum of the arts and sciences. The column suggests the legacy of the school's history and the border indicates the industrial beginnings of the community. The helm recalls the school mascot "lronman".

Description
A silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) blazoned: Purpura, on a pale Argent between two torches of the like a column of the first; all within a border invected of the second and thereon, a knight's helm Proper garnished and mantled of the first.  Attached below the shield, a silver scroll doubled purple and inscribed "CITIZENSHIP" "EDUCATION" in purple letters.
