Shoulder Sleeve Insignia

Description
A white disc edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) blue border, the overall 3 inches (7.62 cm) in diameter, on which is the blue silhouette of an Indians head in profile wearing headdress, couped at the neck surmounted by a white monogrammed HP.

Background
The shoulder sleeve insignia was originally authorized 4 December 1972 currently amended to include an updated manufactured drawing on 24 April 2014.  (TIOH Drawing Number A-10J-1090)
