A circular insignia 3 inches (7.62 cm) in diameter overall consisting of a black disc edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) red border, on which is centered a red vertical band inscribed from top to bottom MANLEY in yellow letters, each letter 3/8 inch (.95 cm) in height.
