Shoulder Sleeve Insignia
On a white horizontal rectangle arched convexly at top and bottom and edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) red border, a green mountain range in base surmounted by a buff Trojan warrior bust issuant from base and habited in a blue helm plumed red and a red cloak. Attached above the rectangle a white scroll inscribed JACHS in blue letters and attached below a white scroll inscribed TROJANS in blue letters, all within a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) red border. The overall dimensions are 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height by 2 3/8 inches (6.03 cm) in width.
Blue, white and red are the school colors. The Trojan warrior is the schools mascot and reflects the cadets dedication to school, community, and country.

Shoulder Loop Insignia
A silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned: Tierced in pairle reversed Gules, Argent and Celeste; in dexter a scroll surmounted by a quill bendwise sinister Argent; in sinister a winged foot Gules; in base a mountain issuant from base silver. Attached above the shield a silver tab inscribed TROJANS in red letters.
Blue, white and red are the school colors. The scroll and quill allude to the written aspects, the winged foot for the competitive spirit, and the mountains represent the schools Appalachian locale. The Trojan warrior is the schools mascot.
The shoulder loop insignia was authorized 14 November 1995.
