Description
On a green disc edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) orange border, the overall diameter 3 inches (7.62 cm) a tigers head in profile, couped at the neck, detailed and outlined black, between two arced inscriptions, JONES above and HIGH SCHOOL below in orange letters 5/16 inch (.79 cm) in height.

Background
The shoulder sleeve insignia was originally authorized 4 June 1982 currently amended to include a manufacturing drawing on 13 June 2014.
