Shoulder Sleeve Insignia
On a light blue disc a white devil head affront with skull cap, cape collar, and facial details, all in ultramarine blue, surrounded by a white circular designation band edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) blue border and inscribed in blue letters JELLICO at top and BLUE DEVILS at bottom. The overall dimension is 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in diameter.
Blue and white are the school colors. The devil (blue) is the schools mascot.
The shoulder sleeve insignia was originally authorized 15 August 1994 currently amended to update the manufactured drawing on 16 June 2014. (TIOH Drawing Number A-10J-358)
Shoulder Loop Insignia
A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/4 inches (3.18 cm) in height, consisting of a shield blazoned: Per fess dancett as mountains Argent and Vert a torch of the first flamant and rayed Gules. Attached below the shield a blue scroll inscribed PINE MOUNTAIN HOME in silver letters.
Blue and white (silver) are the school colors. The green mountains reflect the local terrain surrounding the school and the pine trees that cover them. The torch with rayed flames reflects the cadets academic environment and the light of knowledge.
The shoulder loop insignia was authorized 15 August 1994.
