Shoulder Sleeve Insignia

Description
On a white arrowhead shape edged with 1/8 inch (.32 cm) red border a red silhouette profile bust of a Native American above the inscription JENNINGS in red letters.  The overall dimensions are 3 1/2 inches (8.89 cm) in height by 2 1/2 inches (6.35 cm) in width.

Symbolism
Red and white are the colors of the school.  The Native American represents the courage of the tribes indigenous to the region where the school is located and serves as inspiration to the cadets.

Background
The shoulder sleeve insignia was originally authorized 17 March 1994 currently amended to update the manufactured drawing on 13 June 2014.  (TIOH Drawing Number A-10J-336)

Description
A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/4 inches (3.18 cm) in height overall consisting of a yellow shield bearing  a white arrowhead between two gold brown torches in chief and charged with a red Native American head in profile.  Overall and arcing in base a gold scroll inscribed LEADERSHIP FOR ADULTHOOD in red letters.
